AnimeSense Japanese uses the same four-module lesson architecture for all user-facing study tracks. What changes by access level is account state, purchase eligibility, entitlement verification, coach catalog, and premium tool depth.

The public entitlement model in the current codebase has three server tiers: free, plus, and pro. Guest Mode exists as the anonymous entry state before sign-in.

Guest Mode is available without an account, but Plus and Pro subscriptions can only be started after Google or Apple sign-in. Premium access is activated after store billing and server-side verification.

How the lesson system is divided
The lesson index organizes content into four modules, each chunked by JLPT level from N5 to N1. Every lesson follows the same core contract: title, summary, main content, examples, and exercises, with module-specific fields layered on top.
