AnimeSense Japanese is an educational product offered by Gigu Studio. You may use certain features without creating an account, and other features may require sign-in through supported identity providers or an active subscription.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the service complies with the laws and rules that apply to you.

• Free trial or guest usage may be available without sign-in for limited features.
• Paid access may require sign-in through supported providers such as Google or Apple.
• You are responsible for the activity that occurs through your account and for maintaining access to the email or identity provider used to sign in.
• If you believe your account has been used without authorization, contact support@gigustudio.com.

• Subscription purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play on the platform where you subscribe.
• Prices, billing intervals, renewal behavior, and platform-specific payment rules are shown at the time of purchase.
• Unless stated otherwise by the platform, subscriptions may renew automatically until canceled through your Apple or Google account settings.
• Refunds, billing disputes, and payment-method management are generally handled by the platform that processed the transaction.
• We may verify transaction status to determine whether paid access should be granted, restored, limited, or revoked.

You agree not to misuse AnimeSense Japanese or interfere with its operation. This includes, without limitation:

• Attempting to bypass subscriptions, access controls, or technical protections.
• Reverse engineering, scraping, or automating the service in a way that harms the product or other users.
• Using the service to violate law, infringe intellectual property rights, or distribute harmful material.
• Misrepresenting your identity, payment status, or relationship to Gigu Studio.

AnimeSense Japanese, including its software, interface design, educational structure, text, graphics, audio, and related content, is owned by Gigu Studio or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service for personal, lawful use.

We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We do not guarantee that every feature will be available at all times, on every device, or in every region. We may also update content, entitlement logic, and access rules as the product evolves.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, abused the service, created security risks, or caused material harm to the platform or other users. You may also stop using the service at any time. Subscription cancellation is managed through the platform where you purchased.

AnimeSense Japanese is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We work to provide a stable and high-quality product, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or specific learning outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gigu Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from or related to your use of AnimeSense Japanese. If applicable law does not allow certain limitations, only the minimum limitation permitted by law will apply.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under the laws of your place of residence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date on this page. Continued use of the service after an update means the revised Terms apply going forward.
